Carolina is Wick Capital Partners’ Client Communications Manager and plays a key role in the firm by overseeing operational policies and procedures. She leads client service and completes organizational tasks to improve the efficiency and communication efforts of the company. Carolina has extensive experience facilitating and managing the success of case work across various Law firms as a business Immigration Paralegal. She was an attorney in her native Venezuela and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Outside of work, Carolina enjoys immersing herself in podcasts, nurturing her plants, getting lost in a good book, exploring new destinations, hiking in nature, and cherishing quality time with her family and friends. She is also a proud mother of two children and a furry son.
